Don't Miss Palmyra's Sasha Landon with Nashville Singer-Songwriter Whitney Fenimore!

Born in Virginia's Roanoke Valley, songwriter, educator, and multi-instrumentalist Sasha Landon has been enamored with and deeply entrenched in Virginia’s music scene for as long as they can remember. Their band, Palmyra, has cemented itself as a force in the larger Americana music landscape since its inception in 2020, signing in 2024 to John Prine’s Oh Boy Records. Landon’s songs, both with Palmyra and in their former solo project Sashathem, have been featured on NPR’s All Songs Considered, as well as in The Advocate, Paste Magazine, American Songwriter, and Country Queer.

Whitney Fenimore is a Nashville-based indie artist carving her own lane between indie-folk confessionals and Americana grit. Her songs don’t ask for permission — they unravel, rebuild, and bleed in real time. With a voice that aches one minute and soars the next, Whitney writes from the fracture lines: faith, identity, queerness, doubt, and the long road back to yourself. A semi-finalist on The Voice, Whitney quickly stepped beyond television into something far more personal. Her 2022 album Leaving Ashwood earned praise from PEOPLE Magazine, NPR, and No Depression, marking the start of a fearless creative evolution. She’s played SXSW and shared stages with Lori McKenna, Jade Bird, Billy Raffoul, and The Brilliance, among others.
